What are your payment policies? Learn more about our
payment policies, as well as pricing. What if I'm not happy
with your product, or want to return it?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. We're so
sure, we'll ship your order before receiving
payment. If you're unhappy, simply return it.
Can I purchase your product online?
Sorry, but at this time, we do not accept orders
online -- we would like to speak with each
customer about their current situation, to make
sure we can provide the best solution to meet
your needs. Discussing the current
problems, and installation process, is the best
way to do this.
We're confident that a few minutes on the
phone with us will be time well spent! We'll
take your order over the phone, and ship right
away. What is your shipping
policy?
Shipping cost will be
determined by the best effective rate based on
order size. Most of the time, Priority mail is
the best solution.

States? Yes,

I'm anxious to
check it out! How do I get a sample? We'll
be happy to send you a single bracket sample
(set of 2) so
you can see first-hand how well it works.

your free sample. How
much time is needed to install your brackets?
Brackets can be installed in 30 minutes or less. Some
marble surrounds are very hard. A good quality
Roto type drill motor to drill the ¼” holes may
be needed.
Does the existing rod need
to be modified?
No -- our brackets are thin
enough that no modification to the rod is
necessary.
What about plastic
showers?
Some plastic surrounds
stand away from the wall board. Do not attempt
to use our bracket if there is a void between
the plastic and wall board.
Why does your bracket work
better than the original?
The original bracket comes
with two small #6 screws. I feel that
these screws are too small to
hold the bracket correctly in commercial use.
Our brackets and hardware use four #10 stainless
steel screws and/or machine screws.
